Facility Safety Audits
-
1. Initial Consultation
We define the scope, facility type, and known concerns for the facility and operations. Additionally, we review previous audit records or OSHA citations
-
2. On Site Assessment
We physically walk through each work area. We observe equipment, work practices, signs and controls. Interviews are conducted as needed.
-
3. Document Review
We conduct a thorough evaluation of safety programs, meticulously review training records, and scrutinize Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to ensure compliance.
-
4. Post Audit Review
We provide a list of findings and recommended actions. The leadership team is briefed, and next steps are aligned with business goals.
